So how about this? One night when Kurt and Blaine have been married for a while, Blaine begs Kurt for them to watch a horror movie together. Initially, Kurt is like, “absolutely not”, “I refuse” etc. And then Blaine pouts for an entire day and Kurt huffs and puffs because he can’t look at his stupid, frowny baby face without caving in and Blaine knows that. So of course, Blaine gets his way with promises of holding him extra tight during the super scary parts and not to laugh if Kurt happens to let out any girly screams (okay, he won’t laugh hard).

So they watch the movie, and as Kurt had predicted, it absolutely wrecks him. Afterwards he’s jumpy and he closes every closet and cabinet door and doesn’t turn off a single light. Blaine is trying very hard not to be too amused about it but he can’t help it because Kurt is so cute. Then that night when they both go to bed Blaine notices that Kurt is wide awake and he chuckles because he knows he’s thinking about the movie. So he rubs soothing circles into his back and he says, “Baby, are you okay?”

“I’m fine.”

“Are you sure?”

“Ugh, yes. Go to sleep, Blaine.”

And Blaine gets real growly in his ear and says, “Well, I wouldn’t be okay if I were you.”

And Kurt rolls his eyes and says, “Why?”

And Blaine gets up even closer behind him and says all whispery, “Because there’s a monster in here.”

And Kurt says, “That’s not funny!” and he tries to scoot away from him but Blaine has his arms locked around him.

And then Blaine turns Kurt onto his belly with his arms still wrapped around him and yells, “Beware the CUDDLE MONSTER!” and Kurt is torn between being really mad and really amused because Blaine is kissing his hair and face growling, “RAWR mwah RAWR mwah mwah mwah”

And Kurt says, “I hate you.”

“But I love you”

“You are 5 years old.”

“I thought you didn’t like age kink roleplaying?”

And then Kurt finally gets free and he smacks Blaine in the face with a pillow and says, “I love you. Moron.” But he’s feeling better and they go sleep wrapped around each other smiling, because they’re both cuddle monsters.
